The User Forum accessed via the Families web site has been used for reporting problems and providing user support since the original release of the Families app. Support has also been provided via the Legacy User Group mailing list, the Legacy User Group on Facebook, and via email. Support activity on the User Forum and the Legacy User Group mailing list has gradually declined, while activity on the Facebook group has steadily increased. We therefore feel that it is time to rationalise our support provision and are therefore discontinuing the User Forum. In future we will respond, where appropriate, to postings relating to Families in the Legacy User Group on Facebook, and will continue to provide support via email (families@telgen.co.uk).

As an additional support resource, a new FAQs page has been added to the web site. This contains frequently asked questions, including some material from past User Forum postings. This page will continue to be added to as a result of ongoing support discussions.
